  I placed and online catering order for our company meeting. I ordered a tray of nuggets, a tray of potato wedges, a salad tray and beverages. When it arrived we did not get our tray of potato wedges but instead a tray of chicken strips. I immediately got onto the phone to call Chick-fil-a to let them know our order was incorrect...I have been sitting on the phone for over 10 minutes listening to a phone ring on the other end. No one is answering...this is a whole lot of chicken. Personally, I would have questioned this and called the person who placed the catering order because clearly there was an error somewhere. Since I placed the order, I know for a fact that I selected the wedges. I know it's lunch time so they must be busy but I can't even get anyone on the phone to at least take down a number to call me back after the lunch rush. I've literally been hung up on twice because no one is answering. I guess I gave it two stars because at least the lady delivering the food was super sweet. Not sure how I feel about ordering from them again in the future......
